No other time but NOW!!!
It is time to lose weight. Time to run or jog, walk and practice badminton and do all those physical activities I've been planning to do since January. Time to lose 30 pounds. No more excuses. No more extra rice, better yet, no more rice! And pork and beef. No spaghetti. No El pollo, Kenny Rogers, Inasal, Mcdo, Kare Kare, Baked Seafood. No more. Fine. Got to run and run and run more. How could I not discipline myself? Huhuhu. No crying! Fine.
